1994 Lillehammer (Norway)
XVIIth Winter Olympic Games from 02/12 to 02/27/1994
Only 3 days with Oslo as a base at a youth hostel. The end result, 2 hours by train each way the first day, but only 90 minutes the next two days thanks to a meeting with two French collectors that made room for me in their vehicle. Much more convenient! A lot of pins were traded at the Espace Coca-Cola and met with many collectors of many different countries with which we make contact at each Olympic Games that follow.
It is very dry and freezing cold (-20 ° C), but a splendid sun. The main street of Lillehammer 1994 is transformed into a giant pin trading center.
