Olympic badges

From 1896 until 1976 for the Summer Games and until 1984 for the Winter Games, olympic badges were produced. Their function was to identify the various participants, athletes, officials, staff of the Organizing Committees, etc … until they were gradually replaced by the current accreditations.
They were definitely abandoned to the great regret of collectors, the old badges being often very beautiful with enamels of great finesse.
